Hi, I’m Susannah. I am an animal lover and own two cats — but let’s be honest – they’re the ones who own me!
One of my cats, Jeromeo, was first a feral cat who moved in and adopted me last year. My other cat, Celia Cruz, I adopted from a shelter here in Oakland, 11 years ago.

I also care for several other feral cats in the area and I have been doing this since 2006 when I moved into the neighborhood.
As a teenager and young adult, I had a small business walking dogs and feeding cats in my neighborhood in Marin County.
When I’m not hanging out with cats, I like to make art, salsa dance or play the piano. I am a mother of a 7 year old boy who is also an avid cat lover!
