The Rescued Treasures by PALnv a non-profit offers a delightful experience for its guests. Adoptions services are available and up to 15 different cats at a time in its cafe lounge. All cats for adoption are spayed and neutered. Sessions are $12 per person and begin and end at the start of each hour. Most of the cats come from local shelters so it provides them with a wonderful home and keeps them off the streets.
In the cafe, they offer a wide variety of drinks and complimentary snacks. From coffee to soft drinks you can sit back and get to know the furry ones. The cafe itself is packed full of cat towers and trees allowing plenty of room for the cats to prowl and get some exercise. The mission of Rescued Treasures is ‘to improve the lives of the cat community while ensuring that the welfare of cats is constantly improving.’
As a new part of the experience, Rescued Treasures started offering cat yoga sessions. In the cafe with the instruction of a certified volunteer, you can pair up with a feline and stretch out your limbs, finding peace and balance. As you get more and more advanced so do the little ones. It can be a refreshing take on the traditional yoga session and gives cat lovers more time to spend with their cat friends.

Hearts Alive Village is a non-profit all-in-one animal rescue center offering a clinic, fostering, rehab center, and much more. HAV’s mission is ‘to nurture a compassionate society where pets are supported in their journey to find a new home. While mainly known as an animal rescue their cat cafe is a defiantly not one to pass up on.
Sporting a more modern look the cafe itself is very pleasing to the eye. The cafe includes comfy sofas and chairs, widescreen TVs, cat trees, and plenty of space to sprawl out with the cats or kittens. Having an open area makes this cafe one of the best in Vegas. It not only adds to the atmosphere but gives its guests and its cats an anxiety and stress-free environment.
One-hour sessions are available by appointment for $15 a person, per hour but on Wednesdays, they offer a special discount of only $12. For LVS students they have a buy one get one hour special for the price of one admission at $15. If you are passionate about your newfound friend their adoption fee covers the cost of microchipping and vaccinations. Their cafe maintains a strict cleaning regime so you don’t have to worry about the health of you or your furry friends.
Vets for Abandoned Pets: Cat Rescue and Adoptions

Founded in 2012 Vets for Abandonded Pets went on a mission to expand the local TNR (Trap, Neuter Return) program. This means that cats and kittens were neutered and then released back onto the streets in the baking Nevada heat. Often they did not make it and so a solution was formed. A 100% volunteer-based company the cat rescue makes its mission to ‘reduce suffering by providing medical treatment, spay/neuter options, and ultimately finding loving forever homes for the abandoned cat and kitten population of Las Vegas, Nevada’.
While not technically a cat cafe, their adoption center acts like one. It has an open free-range area with beautiful hardwood floors and tall cat trees and towers so that the playful kitties can be active. With many different breeds to interact with, guests can get to know their furry friends with just a simple interaction. You can relax and spend time with them to get to know their different but lovable personalities. With Walk-In hours on the Weekends and Weekday hours by appointment, this cat rescue center makes a beautiful addition to the already expanding cat rescue and treatment movement that is in Las Vegas.

Homeward Bound like the name of the movie is a no-kill, non-profit that offers a unique take on the cat adoption process. They foster homes for cats until their adoptions at PetSmart. Just some of their many goals include: educating the community on responsible pet ownership and reducing the number of abandoned cats in the community. Founded in Portland Oregon, Homeward Bound moved to the Las Vegas area around 2002. In 2007 they already had amassed around five thousand cats for adoption.
Their cats and kittens are spayed, neutered, vaccinated for feline aids, leukemia, and microchipped. Always accepting a cat back as stated in their contract, Homeward Bound prefers to use preventive measures to treat their cats in the adoption process. With a personal veterinarian, you can take to have the cat or kitten screened this way Homeward Bound makes sure the adoption process is stress-free for the guest and the feline.
If you would like to get to know little friends first Homeward Bound has a wide open cage-free foster facility. With a roaming area and breathable living spaces, it allows them to provide a better experience to get to know the cat better than the typical retail setting. Here the cats are free to roam and get some exercise, and you can visit them and get to know which cat is right for you. There you can play, hold, and pet your feline companion and get to know them and their many habits. As they are limited to ten people per hour-long session, Enchanted Cat strongly recommends making reservations in advance. Children of all ages are welcome at this café, but those younger than 16 years old need to be accompanied by a responsible adult.
